Randy Yee

Principal

Randy Yee has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry. He has a unique background, having led the IT department at a world class institution of higher education, and having managed hardware and software product development organizations in large public companies as well as privately funded startups. He has deep experience in building technology-based organizations, offshore software development, and developing rigorous SDLC practices.

His key area of focus is applying his organization, management, technology, business and analytical skills to assist companies in organization development, management coaching, strategic planning, offshore software development, and operations. Randy was most recently the Assistant Dean for Information Technology and CIO at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Other experience includes Hewlett Packard, Echelon, Intuit, and high tech start-ups.

Randy holds a BS Engineering degree from the University of California, Irvine and a MS Electrical Engineering degree from Stanford University.
