Robert B. Shearin
PrincipalRobert B. Rob was VP & Chief Technology Officer at Chiron Corporation, a biopharmaceutical and medical products company. The business transformation initiatives that he drove were intentionally centered across key IT functional areas. The purpose was to stabilize and strengthen the organization and significantly contributed to the successful $6B acquisition by Novartis AG.
Rob also held the role of VP & CIO for Siemens Medical USA. He consolidated IT for five unique product modalities across the USA and successfully implemented a Shared Services business operating model for Finance and IT.
